What is EMS?
Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) is an innovative workout method designed for maximum efficiency. We use this powerful tool to enhance your 20-minute personal training sessions.
With EMS, you can achieve your fitness goals in less time, reducing the need for long hours at the gym.
We tailor our approach towards every client, to ensure that our guidance helps them to reach their ideal fitness level and body shape as quickly as possible.
Developed by physical therapists
EMS was originally developed as a key technique in physical therapy, using localised conduction pads to target specific muscles and alleviate tension.
Building on these benefits, our innovative training method applies EMS to the entire body, delivering a highly effective workout. This approach not only strengthens muscles but also helps correct imbalances and ease tensions, promoting improved overall form and well-being.

The Science
EMS works by delivering low-frequency electric impulses to stimulate your muscle fibers during exercise, enhancing the intensity of your workout. Beyond muscle toning, EMS training can support weight loss, fat burning, skin tightening, and boosts energy levels.
This innovative approach combines low-impact movement with high-intensity results, earning a dedicated following within the athletic community.
The Workout
At the start of your session, you will notice a very subtle, gentle electric impulse from the EMS suit.
During the personalised workout, your muscles will go through a short contraction followed by a rest period. The exercises will be specifically tailored to your goals, and we will be on hand to ensure proper form and alignment throughout.
The Results
Scientific studies conducted over a 12-week period with EMS have demonstrated impressive results: up to 98% of muscles activated during each workout, a 9% reduction in body fat, a weight loss of 4kg (9lb), a 30% improvement in strength, and 89% of participants reporting feeling significantly stronger and fitter.
*Individual results may vary based on additional lifestyle factors.
