I’ve always embraced an active and varied lifestyle, constantly seeking new ways to stay healthy and motivated.

Living near the stunning Brecon Beacons, I’m fortunate to draw energy and a sense of calm from the natural beauty around me.

With a solid background in health, nutrition, anatomy, and physiology, I earned my qualifications in 2020. I’m CIMSPA-accredited and hold a YMCA ETM Level 2 certification. I specialise in teaching Pilates, calisthenics, yoga, and cardio classes for individuals of all ages and abilities.
