Through the WiemsPro EMS suit, we will increase the intensity of your focused workout. While you exercise, the suit sends low-frequency electric impulses to manually contract your muscle fibres.

Every session is personalised, tailored to your goals. Our workouts engage up to 98% of your muscles, compared to the 60% you might use in the gym, and burn up to 500kcal in just 20 minutes. We use low-impact exercises to ensure minimum stress on your shoulders, back and knees. 

If combined with a healthy lifestyle, noticeable results can be seen after only four sessions.

Too busy to exercise?

A 20-minute EMS workout can offer the same results as a 90-minute high-intensity gym class. It is enough to do one or two weekly sessions which can also be added to your existing workout routine.

Your daily calorie needs are mainly determined by your metabolism and activity level. As you age, your metabolism slows, making fat gain easier. However, studies show that cardio workouts can boost metabolism by building lean muscle, helping you burn an extra 300-500 kcal per day.
